Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to align with project objectives and timelines.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, or resources, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunication, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree or Project Management certification preferred).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a successful track record in Telecom and Software delivery projects.
- Strong experience with project management tools such as MS Project and JIRA.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Expertise in budget and resource management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in the Telecom/ICT industry is a plus.
