What Included

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular stock and cycle counts.
• Record all stock movements (receipts, issues, returns) accurately.
• Report and assist in resolving stock discrepancies.
• Pick, pack, and prepare stock for production and dispatch.
• Label, seal, and package items in line with cosmetic GMP standards.
• Maintain stock in a clean, well-organised, and accessible manner.
• Receive, check, and store incoming goods in designated areas.
• Assist with loading and offloading stock.
• Perform general housekeeping to maintain a safe, compliant environment.
• Carry out ad-hoc warehouse duties when required.
• Handle products in accordance with GMP standards.
• Follow ISO9001 quality management procedures.
• Comply with health and safety regulations, including proper use of PPE.
• Report hazards, risks, or unsafe practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience (cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG environment preferred).
• Knowledge of GMP and ISO9001 standards advantageous.
• Physically fit and able to handle stock movement.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Proactive team player.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel; warehouse systems advantageous).
