Job Responsibility

  • Drive new business development and enhance sales volumes in the region.
  • Strengthen and expand relationships with brokers, depots, and fitment centres.
  • Manage accounts focusing on cross-selling and upselling solutions.
  • Ensure customer pricing is accurate and aligned with business standards.
  • Share market insights and identify potential leads for growth.
  • Promote PG Glass at industry and client events.
  • Assist customers with queries, overdue accounts, and service expectations.
  • Maintain detailed records of all deal files and agreements.

Qualifications and Requirement

  • Matric (Grade 12).
  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, particularly in cold calling.
  • Experience in FMCG or Retail is an advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation and selling skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Confidence in presentations and relationship building.
  • Effective time management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Computer literacy with good numerical ability.
  • Conflict resolution skills and a client-focused mindset.
