Job Responsibility
- Drive new business development and enhance sales volumes in the region.
- Strengthen and expand relationships with brokers, depots, and fitment centres.
- Manage accounts focusing on cross-selling and upselling solutions.
- Ensure customer pricing is accurate and aligned with business standards.
- Share market insights and identify potential leads for growth.
- Promote PG Glass at industry and client events.
- Assist customers with queries, overdue accounts, and service expectations.
- Maintain detailed records of all deal files and agreements.
Qualifications and Requirement
- Matric (Grade 12).
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, particularly in cold calling.
- Experience in FMCG or Retail is an advantage.
- Excellent negotiation and selling skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Confidence in presentations and relationship building.
- Effective time management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Computer literacy with good numerical ability.
- Conflict resolution skills and a client-focused mindset.
