Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to enquiries across multiple communication platforms (email, WhatsApp, social media, etc.)
  • Ensure every customer enquiry is attended to promptly
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes and approvals
  • Support workflow processes in your branch to keep operations efficient
  • Conduct post-booking follow-up calls to troubleshoot and confirm customer satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to deliver a positive service experience
  • Identify and escalate potential workflow or service issues
  • Provide administrative assistance to management as required

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in admin support (essential)
  • Valid driver’s license (essential)
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort with digital communication tools
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and professional approach
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Prior experience in a workshop or panel shop environment will be advantageous
