Q-Sourcing Limited, also known as Q-Sourcing Servtec, provides manpower management solutions across East Africa, including Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, and South Sudan.

Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with accounting standards.
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Oversee statutory deductions (PAYE, NSSF) and ensure compliance with tax laws.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenditures against approved allocations.
• Support financial audits by providing necessary records and reports.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital, ensuring timely settlement of company obligations.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to aid management decisions.
• Collaborate with the cashier and finance staff to streamline local and international transactions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ accounting experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office applications.
• Experience in an MLM/Network Marketing environment is a plus.
• Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
