Job Responsibility
- Generate new business opportunities in both Commercial and Personal Short-Term Insurance.
- Conduct professional needs analyses and provide expert client advice.
- Meet weekly sales and reporting targets, including leads, quotes, conversions, and premiums.
- Stay informed about industry insights and competitor products.
- Ensure compliance with all insurance regulations, ethics, and FAIS requirements.
- Build and maintain a Lead Generation Matrix, nurturing prospects into lasting clients.
Qualifications and Requirement
- Matric / Grade 12 (Essential)
- 30 FAIS Credits + RE5 Exam (Completed)
- 12 CPD Points (Up to date)
- 5+ years’ experience selling short-term insurance (broker or agent level)
- Proven sales record with strong deal-closing skills
- Own car and a valid driver’s license
- Strong skills in prospecting, consultative selling, and objection handling
