Position 1: Call Centre Operator

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related fields

Experience:

  • One (1) year of experience in a call centre

Duty station: Head office

Position 2: Digital Financing Officer I

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or related fields

Experience:

  • Two (2) years of related banking experience. IFB training certification is advantageous.

Duty station: Head office

Position 3: Branch Manager I

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields.

Experience:

  • Six (6) years of banking operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

People required: 4

Duty station: Addis Ababa, Wolkite and Butajira

Position 4: Customer Service Officer II

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields.

Experience:

  • Two (2) years of banking experience.
  • IFB training certification is advantageous.

Number of people required: 6

Duty station: Addis Ababa

Position 5: Manager, Digital Channels

Qualification:

  • Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related fields.

Experience:

  • Eight (8) years for Master’s and ten (10) years for Bachelor’s of relevant experience, including four (4) years in supervisory positions in Digital Banking. IFB certification is advantageous.

Duty station: Head office

Note:

  • Training in IFB is advantageous.
