What is Included

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to all contract specifications and guidelines during the project phases.
• Issue material submittals in accordance with consultant requirements and maintain an updated information register.
• Ensure Method Statements and Risk Assessments comply with company HSE/QA-QC procedures.
• Support procurement schedules and track delivery dates for materials.
• Control the dissemination of contractual documents to relevant site team members.
• Manage on-site Drawing Control and maintain records of drawing updates.
• Uphold QA/QC requirements and ensure installations are checked and signed off.
• Record and report project team efficiencies and any delays or issues to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be a fresh graduate with a strong attitude and potential.
• Passion for working in various departments as assigned.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
