The Department of Roads and Transport is responsible for the development and maintenance of transport infrastructure in the region.

Job Responsibilities
- Drive light and medium vehicles to transport passengers, mail, and official documents.
- Perform routine checks and report vehicle defects.
- Complete all required vehicle and goods logbooks.
- Provide messenger and clerical support services in the office.
- Collect, deliver, copy, package, scan, bind, and fax documents.
- Distribute departmental mail daily to various regions and keep accurate delivery records.
- Ensure proper tracking of all documentation.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Grade 10 or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience.
- Valid Driver’s Licence (essential).
- PDP will be an added advantage.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
