Job Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement annual reward communication and engagement plans.
* Provide expert guidance on total reward areas, including benchmarking, salary management, and job evaluation.
* Analyze data to drive compensation and benefits programs.
* Offer analytical support for Union CBA Negotiations.
* Manage relationships with insured benefits providers.
* Support employee share ownership and retirement benefit schemes.
* Maintain local reward policies and documentation.
* Serve as the first point of contact for HR Business Partners and employees for reward-related queries.
* Provide input to finance teams for people cost planning and manage the local reward budget.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Undergraduate degree in business or social sciences.
* Post graduate HR diploma or relevant HR professional qualification is an advantage.
* Professional accounting or finance qualification is an advantage.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and independently.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
* Proven experience in payroll management, benefits management, or HR shared service operations.
* Experience in total rewards management, including benchmarking, job analysis, and variable pay design.
* Commercial experience and business acumen.
* Project and change management experience.
