Job Responsibilities
The Supply and Logistic Officer will be responsible for managing the procurement process, overseeing logistics operations, ensuring compliance with import processes, and maintaining effective communication with suppliers and stakeholders. The role requires coordination of documentation, bank, and customs clearance activities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- BA graduate in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Stores Management, Accounting, or a related field from a recognized university with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- At least 2 years of experience in local or foreign purchasing and general logistics.
- Practical experience in import processes, including documentation, bank, and customs clearance.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision, and a team player.
- Possession of a grade 2 driving license is required.
