Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collect daily data from distributors regarding keg physical openings, including physical empties, regular, dark, purchases, and returned empties.
- Gather daily data from distributors for beer physical openings, including beer stocks and empties.
- Develop a mop-up plan to facilitate the return of keg barrels from distributors to the client.
- Create a Glass Empties Mop-up Opportunity to assist in the return of glass empties from distributors to the client.
- Prepare a status report on keg barrels to improve 1:1 shipment and returnability.
- Maintain a glass empties tracker, noting trucks that returned with no shipments from distributors.
- Collaborate with distributors and the transport team to ensure no trucks leave the distributor empty, providing reasons when applicable.
- Prepare and update Keg days cover to guide shipments to distributors.
- Provide daily mop-up status updates at 12 PM, 3 PM, and 5 PM.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Knowledge of SAP
- Advanced skills in Excel
- Experience in formalized performance management and reporting
- Strong communication skills
- Good customer relations abilities
