Job Responsibility
- Support end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, and go-live.
- Assist in configuring Odoo modules to meet client needs (Accounting, Sales, Inventory, HR, Payroll, POS, etc.).
- Participate in user training, workshops, and documentation.
- Provide functional support and troubleshooting to clients.
- Collaborate with technical consultants for advanced customizations.
- Learn quickly and apply best practices in ERP and business processes.
Qualifications and requirement
- Diploma, Degree, or Certificate in Accounting, Business, IT, or a related field (all considered).
- Accounting knowledge/skills are a strong advantage.
- Prior Odoo experience is an advantage but not mandatory (training will be offered).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- A self-driven go-getter with an eagerness to learn and grow.
