Job Responsibility

  • Support end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, and go-live.
  • Assist in configuring Odoo modules to meet client needs (Accounting, Sales, Inventory, HR, Payroll, POS, etc.).
  • Participate in user training, workshops, and documentation.
  • Provide functional support and troubleshooting to clients.
  • Collaborate with technical consultants for advanced customizations.
  • Learn quickly and apply best practices in ERP and business processes.

Qualifications and requirement

  • Diploma, Degree, or Certificate in Accounting, Business, IT, or a related field (all considered).
  • Accounting knowledge/skills are a strong advantage.
  • Prior Odoo experience is an advantage but not mandatory (training will be offered).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • A self-driven go-getter with an eagerness to learn and grow.
