Job Summary:

Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead & Customer Management

• Manage daily inbound and outbound leads, updating the leads tracker.
• Provide SMS updates to customers with requested information.
• Address inquiries via WhatsApp and share product/service details.
• Follow up on leads to facilitate sales conversions.
• Escalate leads that need attention from Sales Associates.

Country Champion

• Act as the Country Champion for Rwanda, Madagascar, and French-speaking regions.
• Participate in country-specific meetings and share relevant updates.

Survey Management

• Conduct surveys for championed countries, including:
• Customer Database Survey
• Masons Survey
• Other assigned surveys
• Adhere to approved survey scripts and accurately document responses.
• Compile survey reports and present findings to management.

General Duties

• Prepare and submit quarterly progress reports detailing activities and achievements.
• Attend monthly report meetings to provide updates and insights.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor to support team objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Fluency in French, Kinyarwanda, and English (both spoken and written).
• 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools for lead tracking and reporting.
• Expertise in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Presentations) for documentation and collaboration.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
