The company specializes in providing financial services and is currently looking to fill the position of Cashier/Customer Care Representative. The role involves engaging with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling various financial transactions. Responsibilities
- Provide a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
- Assist customers in completing cheque discounting forms.
- Resolve customer issues and answer questions.
- Record transactions in the daily ledger.
- Prepare daily profit and loss reports and submit them to management.
- Prepare end-of-month profit and loss reports.
- Balance cash received against payments made to various customers.
- Operate Mpesa and KCB agent services.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a business-related field with a minimum KCSE mean grade of C+ and a C in Mathematics and English or Kiswahili.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- High integrity.
- Candidates aged between 25 to 35 are encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience of at least one year as a cashier or customer service representative.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
- Willingness and eagerness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in welfare management will be an added advantage.
