Job Responsibilities
- Manage customer bookings, calls, correspondence, and inquiries across all channels.
- Provide professional support, handle complaints, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain office workflows, records, and filing systems for efficient operations.
- Build and maintain relationships with insurers, assessors, and corporate clients.
- Oversee workshop communications, website, and social media to enhance customer engagement.
- Promote products and services while supporting business growth and brand awareness.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills; able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and general computer skills; good presentation skills.
- 3-5 years of related experience, preferably in customer service or as a service advisor.
- Diploma in a relevant field; a degree (BSc/BA) and motor repair training is a plus.
