Job Responsibilities

  • Manage customer bookings, calls, correspondence, and inquiries across all channels.
  • Provide professional support, handle complaints, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain office workflows, records, and filing systems for efficient operations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with insurers, assessors, and corporate clients.
  • Oversee workshop communications, website, and social media to enhance customer engagement.
  • Promote products and services while supporting business growth and brand awareness.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills; able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and general computer skills; good presentation skills.
  • 3-5 years of related experience, preferably in customer service or as a service advisor.
  • Diploma in a relevant field; a degree (BSc/BA) and motor repair training is a plus.
