Job Responsibilities
- Conduct research and market mapping to identify potential candidates.
- Engage with candidates and provide support throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in project delivery and operational tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective project execution.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience, preferably in research, recruitment, HR, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data systems.
- Interest in recruitment, HR, or consulting is an advantage.
