Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reception and office administration duties
  • Maintain and implement filing systems
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and telephone calls
  • Oversee resource management within the office
  • Provide administrative support (draft correspondence, manage calendars, arrange travel, etc.)
  • Manage petty cash and maintain petty cash register
