Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market and industry research to benchmark client performance.
  • Gather intelligence on competitors, customers, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
  • Identify emerging best practices and innovations across industries.
  • Track new business opportunities arising from client projects and external markets.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and bids for client acquisition.
  • Maintain and update client and prospect databases.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis including financial modeling, market analysis, and operational assessments.
  • Identify key trends, risks, and opportunities from data and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Develop reporting tools and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate directly with clients to understand objectives, pain points, and expectations.
  • Participate in stakeholder interviews, surveys, and workshops to gather insights.
  • Build strong client relationships by delivering timely, relevant, and impactful support.
  • Work with senior consultants to synthesize research and analysis into solution frameworks and models.
  • Support brainstorming and idea development for client solutions.
  • Contribute to practical, innovative recommendations tailored to client needs.
  • Prepare clear and visually engaging presentations and reports.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Present insights in client and internal meetings.
  • Support consultants in developing actionable roadmaps and monitoring frameworks.
  • Assist clients in executing recommendations and tracking KPIs.
  • Identify implementation challenges and recommend adjustments.
  • Work with internal teams and cross-disciplinary specialists to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Participate in training and development programs to strengthen consulting methodologies and analytical techniques.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and consulting best practices.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge resources and templates.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in consulting, business analysis, research, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Experience in developing reports, presentations, and client documentation.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful.
  • Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities.
