Job Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth interviews (IDIs), focus group discussions (FGDs), and key informant interviews (KIIs).
- Accurately document and transcribe qualitative data.
- Ensure data quality, completeness, and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with field supervisors and project teams to meet data collection targets.
- Provide daily progress updates and report any field challenges promptly.
- Adhere to ethical standards and project guidelines during data collection.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Educational background in Sociology, Social Work, or Anthropology.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in qualitative data collection.
- Experience working in at least one of the following regions:
- Oromia
- Somali
- Amhara
- Afar
- Tigray
- South Ethiopia
- Sidama
- South West & Central Ethiopia
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse communities.
