Job Summary:
| Education | BSc in engineering, supply chain, data science/statistics/applied mathematics, economics; MBA or MSc in Supply Chain Management is desirable. |

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process and ensure alignment with Diageo standards.
- Facilitate monthly IBP meetings and coordinate with various departments to ensure effective execution of business plans.
- Identify risks and opportunities in the business and develop action plans to address them.
- Support business performance management through root cause analysis and escalation of issues.
- Prepare and present decision recommendations based on data analysis and insights.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic planning and budgeting cycles.
Qualifications and Requirements:
