Job Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and high-potential identification processes.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify capability gaps and future talent needs.
  • Monitor and report on key talent metrics to assess effectiveness and inform decision-making.
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate learning programs that enhance business performance and employee growth.
  • Oversee onboarding, functional training, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Implement learning technologies to improve access and impact of training.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the organization.
  • Support individual and team development through coaching frameworks and career pathways.
  • Encourage internal mobility and career progression opportunities.
  • Guide managers in formulating effective development plans for their teams.
  • Develop and manage leadership development programs at all levels.
  • Enhance leadership capabilities, including emotional intelligence and strategic thinking.
  • Engage external partners and facilitators as needed.
  • Align talent and learning programs with cultural priorities in collaboration with the Culture team.
  • Integrate organizational behaviors into all learning and talent processes.
  • Manage learning and development budget effectively.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or relevant certification is an advantage.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Learning and Development, preferably in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing talent and learning strategies.
  • Experience with performance management and leadership development.
  • Understanding of talent lifecycles and adult learning principles.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Capability to design training materials and conduct training sessions.
  • Experience in budgeting and training needs assessment.
  • Strong analytical skills for identifying performance improvement opportunities.
  • Effective project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and time management skills.
  • Strategic thinking and planning abilities.
  • Ability to initiate and implement new ideas and practices.
  • Good understanding of HR policies and procedures.
