About the Job
Keda Zambia Ceramics is seeking a qualified and reliable Stock Keeper to join its team in Lusaka. The successful candidate will manage stock records, oversee store operations, and ensure efficient inventory management while maintaining a clean and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Keep accurate records of stock and restock the store as required.
- Manage and train store staff.
- Plan and coordinate strategies for improving store operations.
- Ensure the store is clean, well-organised, and presentable.
- Mediate staff conflicts and de-escalate confrontations when necessary.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma qualification or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Prior retail or management experience is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Must be well-organised, punctual, and professional in appearance.
- Residence must be within 1-hour distance from the site.
