Responsibilities
- Recover aged loans through calls, field visits, and negotiations.
- Build and maintain good client relationships to support repayment.
- Verify client details during field visits and assess their ability to repay.
- Document all collections, updates, and agreements in the system.
- Generate weekly performance reports and share successful strategies.
- Follow policies, regulations, and ethical standards in all activities.
- Detect and report potential risks or fraud during collections.
- Meet and exceed monthly collection targets for commission eligibility.
Skills & Requirements
- Diploma in Business or related field
- 2+ years’ experience in debt recovery or microfinance collections
- Field experience in client handling is a strong advantage
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and time management skills
- Comfortable using mobile apps and reporting tools
- Knowledge of debt recovery processes and regulations
