The InShape Ladies Fitness is looking to hire a certified fitness trainers to help their members achieve their fitness goals and promote healthy living.
Application Requirements
- Certificate in Fitness Training
- Atleast 1 year experience
- Entry-level
- Physically fit with strong customer service and communication skills
- First Aid certification is a plus
Main Duties
- Conduct health and medical screenings
- Guide new members through gym orientation
- Implement beginner workout programs
- Assess fitness levels and offer training advice
- Promote gym classes and services
- Teach group sessions and open/close the facility
- Maintain equipment and assist in member retention
- Keep up with the latest training techniques
Personal Training Tasks
- Create custom workout plans
- Track client progress
- Train clients with medical conditions
- Provide expert advice on issues like back pain, obesity, and diabetes
