About Storekeeper Job Vacancy
The company is looking for a an experienced Storekeeper to manage inventory and supplies for their events. The role requires someone who is organized, can keep clear records, and has experience in the events industry.

This Job Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record all deliveries of event materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Keep the store/warehouse organized and maintain accurate inventory at all times.
- Track stock levels and issue items only with the right approvals.
- Record all movements including issuance, returns, and damaged items.
- Work closely with procurement and operations teams to replenish stock on time.
- Prepare and submit regular stock reports and reconcile with physical counts.
- Keep all equipment and supplies safe to avoid loss, theft, or damage.
- Support in loading, offloading, and dispatching items for events.
- Ensure the store remains clean and safe at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a storekeeper, preferably in events or logistics.
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of inventory software and basic computer skills (Excel and Word).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent record-keeping skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- Physically fit and able to lift or move heavy items when needed.
