The Compensation Fund is a government entity based in Pretoria, dedicated to providing compensation for occupational injuries and diseases. Responsibilities

• Submit estate claims to the Master of the High Court and appointed liquidators.
• Identify estates of registered employers.
• Process assessments for liquidated or deceased employers.
• Liaise and communicate with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Knowledge of the Public Financial Management Act (PFMA).
• Familiarity with Treasury Regulations.
• Understanding of the Public Service Regulations Act.
• Basic knowledge of Accounting Systems (BAS).
• Awareness of the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (COIDA).
• Skills in written and verbal communication.
• Ability in debt collection and financial management.
• Planning and organizing skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Strong interpersonal relations.
• Conflict management and problem-solving abilities.
