Q-Sourcing Limited, trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec, is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
On behalf of our Tanzania based client, we are looking for a competent and experienced Cashier (Local & International Accounts)
POSITION IN THE ORGANISATION
Reports To: Accounts Manager.
Location: OQATA Wellness Solutions – Tanzania
Role Purpose:
To manage cash transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring proper handling of both local and international accounts, while maintaining integrity, transparency, and compliance with financial policies.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive and process payments (cash, mobile money, bank deposits, and international transfers).
- Record daily cash transactions and reconcile receipts with system records
- Handle both local and international accounts, ensuring compliance with respective financial regulations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash reports for management
- Support accounts team in preparing bank reconciliations and financial statements.
- Ensure safekeeping of cash, receipts, and banking records
- Provide customer service by addressing payment-related inquiries.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all transactions. Qualifications & Skills:
- Knowledge of both local and international financial procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications / Experience:
- At least 2 years’ experience in cashiering, banking, or finance.
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
ADDED ADVANTAGE
- Experience in an MLM / Network Marketing environment
- High integrity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
