Position 1: Executive 2 – Project Sales
| Education: | Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related fields. |
| Experience: | 2+ years of relevant experience (fieldwork in construction sales is a plus). |

Job Responsibility
The Executive 2 – Project Sales will engage with clients in the construction sector, manage project sales, and develop relationships with contractors and engineers. The role involves frequent travel for site visits and client meetings, as well as actively seeking new project leads.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Strong interest in construction and project-based client engagement.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel frequently for site visits and client meetings.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in Amharic and good knowledge of English.
- Curiosity and initiative in seeking new opportunities.
- Professionalism in engaging with contractors and engineers.
- Adaptability to project site dynamics.
- Team collaboration and support for project sales team goals.
- Accountability for assigned tasks and follow-ups.
- Customer awareness and understanding of client needs.

Position 2: Senior Accountant
| Education: | Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; additional education or certification in finance administration is a plus. |
| Experience: | More than 7 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a public accounting firm or corporate accounting department. |

Job Responsibility
The Senior Accountant will manage financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and prepare financial reports. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), IFRS, and financial reporting standards.
