LESSO Ethiopia Trading Plc. serves as the authorized sole agent of China LESSO Group Holdings Limited in Ethiopia since 2016. The parent company is a major industrial group in China specializing in home building materials, with over 40 subsidiaries and 21 production bases across 15 provinces, as well as operations in the US and Canada.

Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and issuing purchase requisitions, RFQs, and purchase orders.
• Support in identifying and evaluating suppliers based on price, quality, and service.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement documents and supplier databases.
• Follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Assist in preparing bid documents and participate in bid evaluations.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Provide administrative support to the procurement team as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• BA Degree/Diploma in Procurement & Supply Management, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 0 years of relevant work experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Basic knowledge of procurement procedures and supply chain principles.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, and ERP systems are an advantage).
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
