Job Responsibility

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Draft, review, and prepare correspondence, reports, and official documents.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Organize travel arrangements, events, and logistics for executives.
  • Maintain effective filing systems (both digital and physical).
  • Act as a liaison between executives, staff, clients, and external partners.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the executive office.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
