Job Responsibilities
- Maintain general cleanliness of the office, including desks, meeting rooms, and common areas.
- Prepare and serve tea and refreshments to staff and guests.
- Arrange chairs, tables, and set up meeting spaces as required.
- Assist in filing, photocopying, and basic administrative tasks.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies such as stationery, cleaning items, and kitchen items.
- Support staff in running simple errands and tasks as necessary.
- Maintain a safe, neat, and welcoming office environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Age: 25–30 years.
- Education: Minimum of a Secondary Certificate (KCSE Grade C and above).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and with high integrity.
- Ability to multitask, follow instructions, and work with minimal supervision.
