Job Responsibilities
- Create and maintain accurate supplier sub-accounts within the accounting system.
- Match supplier invoices with supporting documents and ensure accurate recording in the ledger.
- Recognize periodic costs and make necessary accruals.
- Reconcile accounts payable-related balance sheet accounts and address variances promptly.
- Review vendor aging reports and suggest actions for long-outstanding balances.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA(T) or equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of tax laws and accounting principles.
