Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to generate repeat business.
- Manage customer communications regarding orders, payments, and stock availability via phone, email, and in-person.
- Provide clients with accurate product information and exceptional customer service.
- Draft quotations, pro-forma invoices, and delivery notes.
- Process orders for both account and COD customers.
- Ensure credit clearance for account customers and confirm COD payments.
- Reconnect with inactive customers to revive sales opportunities.
- Assist with annual stock takes and general administration.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- 3+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in textiles, fashion, or garment manufacturing.
- Demonstrated success in business development and client management.
- Fully bilingual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, with willingness to travel.
- A strong sales mindset, time management skills, and a customer-first approach.
