Job Responsibility
- Identify and resolve issues promptly on site.
- Adapt to new environments and cultures effectively.
- Manage site construction, testing, inspection, and completion processes.
- Collaborate with both foreign and local site workers.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Related engineering certifications (electrical, civil, quality/safety, etc.).
- Field experience in transmission, substation, or infrastructure projects.
- Practical experience at construction or maintenance sites for transmission lines, substations, or power plants.
- Competency in interpreting drawings and managing construction quality and safety.
- Experience in overseas or large-scale projects, preferably in Africa.
- Ability to collaborate with multinational teams and partner companies.
