Job Responsibility
- Source suppliers and prequalify them according to company policies.
- Conduct procurement functions for the company and its employees in line with approved policies.
- Engage in continuous development and improvement of procurement processes to reduce costs and ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure all procurement-related documents are properly filed and maintained.
- Keep procurement process management tools up to date and accurately maintained.
- Support fleet and health, safety, and environmental management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain or a similar role.
- Experience in supplier sourcing, fleet, and contract management.
- Strong analytical, bargaining, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word; advanced knowledge in SAP is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Kiswahili.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
