Job Responsibilities
- Implement sales and marketing strategies effectively.
- Address customer needs at points of sale and for distributors.
- Provide training and coaching to sales teams.
- Analyze weekly sales data for areas and assigned distributors by region.
- Promote adoption of promotional activities across channels.
- Coordinate monthly sales review sessions.
- Support Mobile Financial Services (MFS) initiatives in the territory.
- Contribute to the business case development.
- Monitor execution of brand campaigns.
Qualifications and Requirements
- University degree in marketing, sales, business administration, communication management, or related fields.
- At least 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, business administration, or related fields.
