Job Responsibility
- Monitor, investigate, and resolve application issues across multiple platforms.
- Provide 24/7 support (including shifts) for transactional business systems.
- Perform upgrades, deployments, and routine maintenance with minimal disruption.
- Collaborate with users and clients to ensure effective incident resolution.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and document permanent fixes.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in IT (or equivalent qualification).
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience supporting business or POS applications in production.
- Strong SQL querying and log analysis skills.
- Knowledge of incident, change, and problem management.
- Scripting experience (Batch/Linux).
- Windows/Linux administration and exposure to AWS/Oracle Cloud.
- Familiarity with NCR POS or AS@R software is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
