Job Responsibilities
- Efficiently diagnose and repair appliances, ensuring first-visit completion.
- Prioritize urgent service calls and respond promptly to management escalations.
- Keep customers informed about job progress and parts availability.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Trade Tested Artisan (N3 or Domestic Appliance Repair Level 4).
- Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting appliances and customer interaction.
- Electrical Wireman’s Licence & Licensed Gas Appliance Installer.
- Valid Driver’s Licence and readiness to work in the field.
- Computer literacy with strong communication skills (English plus another language preferred).
- Customer-focused, results-oriented, and a positive attitude.
