Job Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements

- 16 years of relevant experience for technical roles; 8 years for HR roles.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
- Certifications such as VMware Certified Technical Associate (VCTA), ITIL, and proficiency in compensation management software.
- Fluency in English and Swahili for communication roles.
