Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily administrative functions and schedule meetings
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and handle official correspondence
  • Maintain student and staff records with confidentiality
  • Assist in report writing, documentation, and presentations
  • Supervise junior admin staff and coordinate with departments
  • Manage the reception area and respond to inquiries
  • Monitor office supplies and ensure smooth office operations
  • Support college management with additional admin tasks

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma/Degree in Secretarial Studies or related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience, including 2 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in a training institution is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and a team player
