Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily administrative functions and schedule meetings
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and handle official correspondence
- Maintain student and staff records with confidentiality
- Assist in report writing, documentation, and presentations
- Supervise junior admin staff and coordinate with departments
- Manage the reception area and respond to inquiries
- Monitor office supplies and ensure smooth office operations
- Support college management with additional admin tasks
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/Degree in Secretarial Studies or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience, including 2 years in a leadership role
- Experience in a training institution is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Discreet, trustworthy, and a team player
