Comprehensive Community Based Rehabilitation in Tanzania (CCBRT) aims to be the leading provider of accessible specialized health services in Africa. The organization operates as a healthcare social enterprise and is involved in various development programs to support the community and the most vulnerable populations. CCBRT is dedicated to preventing lifelong disabilities whenever possible and is actively engaged in extensive maternal and newborn healthcare (MNHC) activities, including obstetric fistula repairs. Its Maternity and Newborn Wing serves as a referral center for high-risk and emergency deliveries in the Dar es Salaam region and the Eastern Zone of Tanzania. To enhance the Billing & Credit department, CCBRT is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Hospital Services Costing Officer to drive service uptake, establish strategic partnerships, and expand the client base.

Responsibilities
- Drive the growth of hospital services through strategic client acquisition and partnerships.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with key clients, including corporates, insurers, and referring doctors.
- Promote hospital services to increase patient volumes and revenue.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and clinical teams to position the hospital as a preferred provider in a competitive healthcare market.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a medical field (e.g., MD, DDS, LAB, Nursing) from a recognized institution.
- Formal training in Business Administration or related fields is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare business in similar roles.
- Strong understanding of hospital operations and medical services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Fluency in English and Swahili.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities.
