Deborah Foundation is a registered non-profit organization established in 2019. Its mission is to enhance the lives of children with Down syndrome and other intellectual disabilities by providing support in health, education, and policy advocacy. The foundation is dedicated to creating a positive impact in the community and improving the quality of life for those it serves.

Responsibilities
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Manage communication and correspondence effectively.
- Support project management and organizational tasks.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Affan Oromo, Amharic, and English.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in all three languages.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficient in office productivity software and calendar management tools.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
