Responsibilities
- Capture data related to documents and correspondence.
- Respond to and resolve basic enquiries within service level agreements.
- Redirect misdirected emails to the correct department or individual.
- Gain familiarity with Momentum Corporate business areas to effectively direct enquiries.
- Deliver high levels of customer service when engaging with stakeholders.
- Support the front-line team by handling inbound calls, emails, and assisting walk-in clients when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles in all interactions and services delivered.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of administration and data capturing experience within an insurance environment.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience in employee benefits will be advantageous.
