Responsibilities
- Conduct assigned laboratory tests in Immunology and Serology.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, ISO 15189, GCP, GCLP, and study protocols.
- Maintain laboratory safety, cleanliness, and sample integrity.
- Prepare and review SOPs and participate in laboratory studies.
- Implement quality control measures, calibrations, and equipment maintenance.
- Accurately document and record test results.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and reagents.
- Stay informed about laboratory methods and standards.
- Engage in trainings, workshops, and team meetings.
- Collaborate with laboratory staff, contribute to research writing, and support continuous process improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology, Laboratory Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in biomedical research and clinical trials.
- Familiarity with immunological assays (ELISA, ELISPOT, ICS, PBMC isolation, serum/plasma separation).
- Knowledge of Laboratory Quality Management Systems, GCP, and GCLP.
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques and data analysis.
