Responsibilities

  • Junior IT Officer: Assist in IT support and maintenance.
  • Customer Service Supervisor: Oversee customer service operations.
  • Branch Manager (IFB): Manage branch operations and staff.
  • Branch Manager: Ensure efficient banking operations in the branch.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Junior IT Officer: BSc Degree in Computer Science or related field; 0 years of experience; CGPA of 3.00 or above for males, 2.75 or above for females; age below 30.
  • Customer Service Supervisor: BA Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, or related field; minimum of 3 years’ experience in banking operations.
  • Branch Manager (IFB): BA Degree in Management or related field; 6 years of experience in banking operations, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Branch Manager: BA Degree in Management or related field; 6 years of experience in banking operations, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
