Job Responsibility
- Provide excellent customer service to clients.
- Assist in managing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Support the team in achieving service goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications and Requirement
- Minimum of TVET Diploma (10+3, Level III, IV), College Diploma, or BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing, Economics, Cooperatives, or related fields.
- At least one year of experience, preferably in Micro Finance or Banking.
- Strong initiative, perseverance, and team management skills.
- Ability to take responsibility and uphold organizational values.
- Good knowledge of economic and financial topics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Computer literacy is desirable.
- Knowledge of the local language.
