Job Title Junior Customer Service Officer
Education TVET Diploma (10+3, Level III, IV), College Diploma, or BA Degree in relevant fields
Experience Minimum of one year, preferably in Micro Finance or Banking
Working Hours Full-time

Job Responsibility

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients.
  • Assist in managing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Support the team in achieving service goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications and Requirement

  • Minimum of TVET Diploma (10+3, Level III, IV), College Diploma, or BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing, Economics, Cooperatives, or related fields.
  • At least one year of experience, preferably in Micro Finance or Banking.
  • Strong initiative, perseverance, and team management skills.
  • Ability to take responsibility and uphold organizational values.
  • Good knowledge of economic and financial topics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Computer literacy is desirable.
  • Knowledge of the local language.
