Job Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR policies and practices aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and TotalEnergies business ethics.
- Oversee recruitment strategies and employee career development.
- Manage performance evaluation processes and compensation schemes.
- Handle HR reporting, projects, and employee relations issues.
- Administer office services and logistics for TotalEnergies expatriates.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
- Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources; a postgraduate diploma or master’s degree is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, judgment, and anticipation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to set up and manage professional networks.
- Good analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
