Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated PR and marketing strategies to promote the hospital’s mission and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers to secure positive coverage.
- Oversee the creation of content for press releases, newsletters, social media, and marketing materials.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
- Plan and execute community outreach programs and events.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns and website content.
- Develop crisis communication plans to address potential issues.
- Design and manage marketing campaigns to promote hospital services.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of PR and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership and clinical staff to align marketing efforts with organizational priorities.
- Oversee the PR and marketing budget for efficient resource allocation.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in public relations, marketing, or communications, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful PR and marketing campaigns.
- Strong media relations and networking skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
