Job Responsibilities
- Adhere to the Company Code of Conduct and ensure compliance with Uganda legislation and SOX standards.
- Demonstrate commitment to HSE policies and promote safety awareness.
- Monitor and optimize operational costs and review procedures for improvement.
- Encourage continuous improvement and waste management principles.
- Organize and manage operations related to borehole, waste, and fuel services.
- Ensure effective communication with line management regarding safety and operational issues.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management Sciences or Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in Project, Logistics, and Civil Engineering.
- Knowledge of operational constraints in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with leadership capabilities.
- Familiarity with environmental protection and health and safety legislation.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and Windows OS.
